Cookies
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored in the internet browser or by the internet browser on the user's computer system. When a user visits a website, a cookie can be stored on the user's operating system. This cookie contains a characteristic string that enables the browser to be uniquely identified when the website is accessed again. We use cookies to make our offer more user-friendly, effective, and secure. Furthermore, cookies enable our systems to recognize your browser even after a page change and to offer you services. Some functions of our website cannot be offered without the use of cookies. For these, it is necessary that the browser is recognized even after a page change.
We also use cookies on our website to analyze the surfing behavior of our site visitors. The processing is based on § 15 (3) TMG and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR out of the legitimate interest in the above-mentioned purposes. The data collected from you in this way will be pseudonymized by technical measures. Therefore, it is not possible to assign the data to your person. The data will not be stored together with other personal data of yours. You have the right to object to this processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation.
Cookies are stored on your computer. Therefore, you have full control over the use of cookies. By selecting appropriate technical settings in your internet browser, you can prevent the storage of cookies and the transmission of the data they contain. Already stored cookies can be deleted at any time. However, we would like to point out that you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent. Online Presence on Social Media
We maintain online presences within social networks and platforms to communicate with customers, interested parties, and users active there and to inform them about our services. We point out that user data may be processed outside the European Union. This can result in risks for users, for example, making it more difficult to enforce user rights. With regard to US providers certified under the Privacy Shield, we point out that they commit to complying with the EU's data protection standards.
Furthermore, user data is generally processed for market research and advertising purposes. For example, usage profiles can be created based on user behavior and the resulting interests of users. The usage profiles can, in turn, be used to place advertisements within and outside the platforms that presumably correspond to the interests of the users. For these purposes, cookies are usually stored on the users' computers, in which the user behavior and interests are stored. Furthermore, data may be stored in the usage profiles regardless of the devices used by the users (especially if the users are members of the respective platforms and are logged in to them).
The processing of personal data of users is based on our legitimate interests in an effective information of users and communication with users pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. If users are asked by the respective providers for their consent to data processing (i.e. declare their consent, for example, by ticking a checkbox or confirming a button), the legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) lit. a, Art. 7 GDPR.

Using Google Analytics
We use the web analytics service Google Analytics provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). The data processing serves the purpose of analyzing this website and its visitors. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities, and to provide other services related to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.
Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookies about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. IP anonymization is activated on this website. This means that your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area beforehand. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Your data may be transmitted to the USA. For data transfers to the USA, an adequacy decision by the European Commission is available. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR from the legitimate interest in the demand-oriented and targeted design of the website. You have the right to object to this processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation.
You can prevent the storage of cookies by selecting the appropriate technical settings of your browser software; however, we would like to point out that in this case, you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of these data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link [https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de].
To prevent collection by Google Analytics across devices, you can set an opt-out cookie. Opt-out cookies prevent the future collection of your data when visiting this website. You must perform the opt-out on all systems and devices used for it to work comprehensively. If you click here, the opt-out cookie will be set: Disable Google Analytics.
Use of Google Ads Conversion Tracking
We use the online advertising program "Google Ads" on our website and within this the conversion tracking (evaluation of visit actions). Google conversion tracking is an analytics service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). When you click on an ad served by Google, a conversion tracking cookie is placed on your computer. These cookies have limited validity, contain no personal data, and therefore do not serve personal identification. If you visit certain pages on our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to this page. Each Google Ads customer receives a different cookie. Therefore, there is no way that cookies can be tracked through the websites of Ads customers. The information collected using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics. This tells us the total number of users who clicked on one of our ads and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, we do not receive information that personally identifies users. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR from the legitimate interest in targeted advertising and the analysis of the impact and efficiency of this advertising. You have the right to object to this processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. You can prevent the storage of cookies by selecting the appropriate technical settings of your browser software; however, we would like to point out that in this case, you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent. You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. You can also disable personalized advertising for you in the Google Ads settings. You can find an instruction for this at https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922?hl=de. Additionally, you can disable the use of cookies by third parties by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative deactivation page at https://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/ and implementing the further information on opt-out mentioned there.
Use of Google AdSense
We use the AdSense function of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). This processing serves the purpose of renting advertising space on the website and targeting visitors of the website with interest-based advertising. By this function, visitors of the provider's website are shown personalized, interest-based ads from the Google Display Network. Google uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookies about your use of this website (such as the IP address) is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google may also transmit this information to third parties where required by law or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR from the legitimate interest in the above-mentioned purpose. You have the right to object to this processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. You can permanently disable the use of cookies by Google by following the link below and downloading and installing the plugin provided there: https://support.google.com/ads/answer/7395996?hl=de. You can also disable the use of cookies by third parties by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative deactivation page at https://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/ and implementing the further information on opt-out mentioned there. You can find more information and Google's privacy policy at: https://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads/, https://www.google.de/policies/privacy/.
Use of Facebook Remarketing
We use the remarketing function "Custom Audiences" of Facebook Inc. (1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA; "Facebook"). This function serves the purpose of targeting visitors of the website with interest-based advertising in the social network Facebook. For this purpose, the Facebook remarketing tag was implemented on the website. This tag establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers when you visit the website. This transmits to the Facebook server which of our pages you have visited. Facebook assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account. When you visit the social network Facebook, you will then be shown personalized, interest-based Facebook ads. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR from the legitimate interest in the above-mentioned purpose. You have the right to object to this processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. For more information about Facebook's collection and use of data, your rights in this regard, and ways to protect your privacy, please refer to Facebook's privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/. If you do not want Facebook to directly associate the collected information with your Facebook user account, you can disable the remarketing function "Custom Audiences" here. To do this, you must be logged in to Facebook.
Use of Google Maps
We use the function for embedding Google Maps of Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google"). This function serves the purpose of visually displaying geographical information and maps. When calling up the pages in which Google Maps are integrated, data on the website visitors' behavior is collected, processed, and used. Among other things, the IP address and location data of the users can be transmitted, which, however, are not collected without their consent (usually through the settings of their mobile devices). Your data may be transmitted to the USA. For data transfers to the USA, an adequacy decision by the European Commission is available. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR from the legitimate interest in the needs-based and targeted design of our website. You have the right to object to this processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. For more information about the collection and use of data by Google, please refer to Google's privacy policy at https://www.google.com/privacypolicy.html. There you can also change your settings in the privacy center so that you can manage and protect your data processed by Google.
Duration of storage
After complete contract processing, the data will initially be stored for the duration of the warranty period, then considering legal, especially tax and commercial law retention periods, and then deleted after the period has expired unless you have consented to further processing and use.
Rights of the data subject
If the legal requirements are met, you have the following rights under Articles 15 to 20 GDPR: Right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability. In addition, under Art. 21 (1) GDPR, you have the right to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) f GDPR, as well as to processing for the purpose of direct marketing.
Right to complain to the supervisory authority
Under Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to complain to the supervisory authority if you believe that your data is not being processed legally.
You can lodge a complaint with, among others, the supervisory authority responsible for us, which you can reach at the following contact details:

Right to object
If the data processing described here is based on our legitimate interests under Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR, you have the right to object to this processing at any time with effect for the future for reasons arising from your particular situation. After the objection is made, the processing of the data concerned will be terminated unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or if the processing serves to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims.
If the data processing is based on direct marketing, you can exercise this right at any time. After exercising the right to object, we will stop processing the data concerned for the purpose of direct marketing.
